At one time in the United States, peonies with their long storage and vase life, were the favored flower of the cut market.

Chicago had enormous refrigerated warehouses to store and distribute this extraordinary bloom. Air travel changed all of that and by the 1990’s most of our cut flowers were shipped in from countries that barely regulate the use of chemicals.

Our Philosophy

We are located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

We are trying, in a small, grass-roots manner to be a part of the green culture and to bring
back the natural enjoyment of these incredibly beautiful and fragrant flowers. While we are
not certified organic, we grow our peonies without the use of pesticides or herbicides.
